About

In 2005, Allison graduated Cum Laude from Syracuse University’s School of Visual and Performing Arts with a B.F.A. in Advertising Design and a Painting minor.

She started her career as an un-paid intern at Deutsch New York creating ads for Westin Hotels and US Weekly and eating lots of dollar pizza.

She then moved to McCann Erickson as a creative assistant in the Spring of 2006, was promoted twice, and was responsible for creating work on Avis, Mastercard, Major League Baseball, among others.

Allison joined BBDO in 2011 to work on the worldwide Gillette account. She was responsible for the TV component of the London 2012 Olympics campaign -- the biggest advertising initiative the brand had ever implemented — as well as an international campaign for Gillette Deodorant and Body Wash. She was promoted to Associate Creative Director in 2014 and is responsible for the new brand campaign for AT&T as well as a new call for entries campaign for the prestigious Art Directors Club.

She has been recognized by Clios, One Show, Sharks, New York Festivals, Communication Arts, Luzer’s Archive, Directory Magazine, Addy's, and one time as Anne Hathaway. That made her all giddy inside.

When she’s not designing ads or binge watching Netfilx shows, you can probably find Allison aimlessly wandering around the Chelsea galleries or at the Marc Jacobs store on Bleecker St. Just browsing, of course

MEET ALLISON

Allison is a creative director with nearly two decades of experience—most recently freelancing at Google, working on some super high-tech stuff she can’t talk about (yet).

Before that, she was at Saatchi & Saatchi NY, leading creative for Pampers, Dawn, and Cascade. And, before diapers and dish soap, she was a Creative Director at Havas NY, overseeing TD Ameritrade, Lincoln Financial, Air Wick, and a bunch of other Reckitt brands. But she really made her mark at BBDO NY, spending almost a decade launching global campaigns for Gillette while also crafting work for multiple different accounts like AT&T, Monster.com, and Snickers.

Her work has been recognized at Cannes, Clios, One Show, ADC, Sharks, Addys, New York Festivals, Communication Arts, Lürzer’s Archive, and Directory Magazine. Oh, and once, someone mistook her for Anne Hathaway—which, honestly, is kind of the Cannes Lion of compliments. But beyond the shiny awards, her work actually drives real results for brands.

Allison thrives at the intersection of creativity and strategy, leading teams while staying hands-on in the work. She’s passionate about big ideas, breakthrough campaigns, and helping the next generation of creatives find their voice.

When she’s not busy with all the aforementioned work stuff, she’s hanging with her fluffy dog, Newman, keeping an eye on her two daughters and husband to make sure they’re not causing too much trouble, or aimlessly exploring her new suburban life in Chatham, NJ. And in the time it took you to read this, you could’ve already booked her for your next project.
